Double Stage Ring Blower

1. Specifications

When the impeller of the high-pressure blower rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the wind vane urges the gas to move forward and outward, thereby forming a series of spiral movements. The air between the blades and the impeller is accelerated in a spiral shape and squeezes the air outside the pump body into the side channel (inhaled by the suction port 1).
When it enters side channel 2, the air is compressed, and then returns to impeller 3, and the blades accelerate whirl again.

When air passes through the impeller and side channel along with a spiral track, all impeller blades are compressed and accelerated. 
With the rotation, the kinetic energy of the air increase, which further increases the pressure of the air passing along the side channel.

When the air reaches the connection point of the side channel and the emission flange (side-channel narrows at the outlet), the air is pushed out of the blade and exits the pump body through outlet 4.
